Metaphor used:

The cubes are made of two materials, clay and epoxy resin. The clay is a natural and moldable material that represents the human face in its original form. On the contrary, the epoxy resin is an artificial material that stands for the human face after the aesthetic surgical procedure.

Intended Meaning:

The first aim is giving information about the top nine operations. The second one is bringing out the main reasons that bring Korean people to undergo these procedures through the use of real statements. The final goal is making people reflect, not negatively judge, keeping an open mind.
