Nebula

By Nicola Brignoli

Producers are taking the decision to limit the use of pesticides, but we are picking up a though inherit: water has been permanently polluted. Pesticides are still nebulized in vineyards in Franciacorta, is this really the price we are willing to pay in order to get quality wine?

Metaphor used:

The metaphor is represented by a poison drop that falls into a wine cup, poisoning the content of the glass. The colour and the intensity represent the chemical and its quantity for each survey point in the territory.

Intended Meaning:

The installation wants to create awareness. The user should think about the production and all that underlies the bottle and the brand. How many things lie behind that spectacular bubbles in the glass?
