MDMA acts primarily by increasing the activity of the neurotransmitters serotonin, dopamine, and noradrenaline in parts of the brain. Serotonin regulates physiological and biological processes including mood, appetite, and sleep. The number of MDMA users presents through the serotonin in the brain that affected by MDMA.

Intended Meaning:

Despite the illegality of MDMA, there are many people use it, as it is clear from the data of 2018. The video aims to remind that drug use is a very sensitive topic and a modern social issue. Moreover, such a high number of its users mirror a shift in recreational habits in the society.
