According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, a cuisine is «a manner of preparing food, a style of cooking», typically associated with a specific culture or geographical region. The hierarchical treemap gives insight on which products within every food group are the most purchased around the world.

Intended Meaning:

The sizes of the aforementioned boxes give an immediate idea of proportions and sheer sizes of food consumption and purchasing power.
